Return Policy

We are sorry to hear you are not entirely satisfied with your piece. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please follow the instructions provided on the Return Form included in your original package. Our Return Policy may be found below. Should you have any questions, please contact us at returns@jewelsthatrock.com with the subject line “RETURN INQUIRY” and your JTR order number.

All returns must be postmarked within fifteen (7) days of your receipt of the ordered merchandise. Item(s) must be in original unused condition; all tags, cards, boxes and/or pouches must be included with your return. Any unauthorised returns ,undelivered packages, or returns postmarked after fifteen (7) days of your receipt of the order, will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, or delivery may be refused and the merchandise returned to sender. Returns made after thirty (30) days of receipt will NOT be accepted.

Returns must be sent via registered Parcel Post ONLY. Return packages MUST been insured for the full retail value of the merchandise. JTR does not accept damaged merchandise. NO REFUNDS OR STORE CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED FOR MERCHANDISE RETURNED IN A USED OR DAMAGED CONDITION. Pack returns with adequate protective padding and materials, as merchandise damaged from improper packaging or otherwise will not be accepted.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If you are entitled to a refund, your refund will be credited back to your original method of payment within seven (7) business days of receipt, except during and after holiday season, during which time return processing may take up to fifteen (15) business days. If you wish to make an exchange, you will have to place a new, separate order (unless you are exchanging damaged merchandise for replacement merchandise). Any return or exchange that does not meet the above criteria will not be accepted. Sale, vintage, one-of-a-kind, and special orders are returnable for store credit only.
If an item you order is not available, or the price has changed, we will attempt to contact you to let you know of the unavailability or the price changes, as applicable. If we are unable to contact you, we will cancel the order. We will not substitute any item without your permission first. Price adjustments are not available for items which have gone on sale since being purchased. We attempt to promptly ship products ordered. Generally, orders placed Monday-Friday before 12 PM EST will begin processing within twenty-four (24) hours, excluding holidays, and will ship within seventy-two (72) hours, in all cases pending availability and credit verification. All orders placed after 12 PM EST will generally begin processing the next business day, and ship within seventy-two (72) hours of when processing begins. Generally, orders placed on Friday after 12 PM EST will begin processing on the following Monday. Please allow additional time for shipments to APO/FPO addresses. Please note that these processing and shipping provisions are only general guidelines, and JTR cannot ensure that the time frames noted will be met.

JTR customer service inspects all merchandise for defects and damage prior to shipment. However, it is the responsibility of you the buyer to check the product promptly upon its arrival to make sure it is free of any defects. Goods damaged due to buyers’ use and/or negligence will not be accepted for refund. JTR is not liable for any damages in the event that merchandise you receive from us is not of the type advertised. If you receive such merchandise, you may return it so long as you comply with all of the return policies of JTR. Returns and exchanges are accepted on all items unless otherwise noted in the item description. All sale, vintage, one-of-a-kind, and special order items are returnable for store credit only. You may be entitled to a credit, provided you return the item to us within 7 days of your order being dispatched. The item must be returned to us in brand new condition, with the packaging and item being exactly as it was when you received it. This includes the return of the original packaging including labels and tags still being attached. If the returned item is in a noticeably used condition, then a credit may not be offered. Return postage is at your expense. We will issue you a Credit Voucher to the value of the item, once the item is returned. We DO NOT hold stock on Exchanges. ‘Credit’ allows you to purchase something different all together, after having viewed your original purchase. Once we have received your returned item or the refund has been approved according to your issue, we will then send you either notification of receipt of your item and/or an email issuing you a credit Refund. If you have received an item that is damaged please contact us via the contact us page and advise us of the nature and extent of the damage. Please also advise us of your name, contact number and order number.
